Through this endorsement, Sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions with respect to exhibiting with EBPcentral, a company that creates, produces, and broadcasts presentations available to participants through audio, video, and print through continuing education programs such as the “Excellence in Secondary School Athletic Training” courses. Sponsor acknowledges that EBPcentral is an approved Board of Certification (BOC) provider of continuing education and agrees to abide by all BOC and EBPcentral’s continuing education standards for commercial support. Specifically, Sponsor acknowledges that during face-to-face events, representatives of Commercial Interests are not permitted to engage in sales or promotional activities within the CE space, which is defined as the place of the CE activity. During online events, representatives of Commercial Interests are not permitted to engage in sales or promotional activities during the educational component. Sponsor specifically recognizes that all sales or promotional activities can only be done during breaks from education, in either face-to-face or online events. Completion of this sponsorship agreement represents a financial commitment from Sponsor and payment is due and collectible by the designated date unless otherwise agreed upon. Sponsor recognizes that no other payment shall be given to the director of the activity, planning committee members, teachers or authors, joint provider or any others involved with the supported continuing education activity. Arrangements for commercial exhibits or advertisements cannot influence planning or interfere with the presentation, nor can they be a condition of the provision of commercial support for CE activities. Furthermore, EBPcentral cannot be required by a Commercial Interest to accept advice or services concerning teachers, authors or participants or other education matters, including content from a Commercial Interest, as conditions of contributing funds, services, or sponsorship. EBPcentral reserves the right to reclaim exhibit space / time from Sponsor in the event of nonpayment or any violation of this agreement. EBPcentral also reserves the right to deny the Sponsorship application of any Commercial Interest based on past actions or misbehavior by representatives of Commercial Interests at previous CE, CEU, or CME events. REFUSAL(S) BY EBPCENTRAL SPONSORS TO DISCLOSE ANY PAST ACTIONS OR MISBEHAVIOR BY REPRESENTATIVES OF COMMERCIAL INTERESTS WILL FORFEIT THEIR PARTICIPATION IN EBPCENTRAL SPONSORED / CERTIFIED ACTIVITIES.Electronic Signature(Required) Comments/Notes:
